Flappy Frog: Delete your account

You can delete your Flappy Frog account and its data at any time, in the game or by email. You only have an account if you signed in with Google (for online duels, the leaderboard, coins or purchases). If you never signed in, all your progress is only on your phone and uninstalling the game removes it.

Delete in the game (immediate)

1. Open Flappy Frog and tap Settings (gear icon).
2. Tap Account → Delete account.
3. Read the warning and tap Delete forever.

Your data is deleted from our server right away and you are signed out.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the game, send an email to [email protected] with the subject Flappy Frog - delete my account, from the email address of the Google account you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your game progress saved online: levels, stars, chests, achievements, frog styles, helpers and Endless Flight records.
• Your coins and the items you own.
• Your duel record (points, wins, losses) and your entries on the leaderboard.
• Your nickname in past duels is replaced with "Deleted player" in your opponents' match history.
• Your sign-in account, if you do not use the same Google account in another Dexy Labs game.

What is kept

• Records of purchases (product, order ID, the internal account ID and a fingerprint of the Google Play receipt), only as long as required for accounting and fraud prevention. They hold no name, email or game progress.
• If you use the same Google account in another Dexy Labs game, the sign-in account stays for that game; its data there is not touched.
• Progress stored only on your phone stays until you uninstall the game.
• Deleting the account does not refund anything. Refunds for Google Play purchases go through Google Play.
