This page has two parts: first what Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus itself does with your data, then the services that all Dexy Labs apps share, with a table showing which app uses which (this app's row is highlighted). If the app's own part is more specific, it applies to this app.
This app at a glance

This app has no account: there is nothing about you on our servers.
What Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus does with your data
iPhone version (App Store)
Menstrual Calendar for iPhone (version 1.0 and later) has no ads, no analytics, no crash-reporting service, no tracking, no account and no sign-in. Everything you log stays on your iPhone; we have no server for it and never receive it.
- What you enter (period dates, flow, symptoms, mood, energy, temperature, discharge, intimacy, test results, weight, sleep, notes, pregnancy and contraception settings, kick-counter and contraction-timer entries, your reminders) is saved only in the app's storage on your iPhone and shared only with the app's own widgets on the same iPhone. The app does not use iCloud sync or HealthKit. If your iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) is on, Apple includes the app's data in that backup under its own privacy policy; we cannot see it.
- Predictions, the conception guide, the pregnancy week, statistics, charts and the PDF report for your doctor are calculated on your iPhone.
- App lock: Face ID, Touch ID or your iPhone passcode is checked by iOS; the app never receives your face, fingerprint or passcode.
- Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. The buttons in a notification ("Yes, it started", "Taken") save the entry on your iPhone.
- Backup file, import, the PDF report and "Send to partner" only create files or pictures on your iPhone and hand them to the iOS share sheet or Files; you choose where they go.
- Menstrual Calendar Pro (yearly subscription or lifetime purchase) is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells the app on your iPhone what you own; we do not receive your payment details or your Apple Account. Manage or cancel the subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
- The App Store rating window may appear after a good moment, at most about once a month; the rating goes to Apple.
- Delete all your data in one tap: Me › Privacy and data › Delete all data. Deleting the app also deletes its data from your iPhone.
The rest of this page describes the Android version (Google Play).
This section applies to Menstrual Calendar (Menstrualni Kalendar) for Android version 1.1.0 and later; earlier versions are described at the end. In short: your cycle and health entries stay on your phone and in your phone's own Google backup. We have no server for them, we never receive them, and they are not used for ads.
Your health data stays on your phone
- What you enter: period start and end dates, flow intensity, spotting, symptoms (including any you add yourself), mood, energy, basal body temperature, discharge, intimacy (protected or not), ovulation and pregnancy test results, weight, sleep, pills taken, personal notes, and your settings (goal such as trying to conceive, pregnancy and due date or perimenopause, contraception method and reminder time, cycle and period length, reminders, language, look and theme).
- It is saved only in the app's storage on your phone. The app has no account and no sign-in, and it does not send these entries to us, to advertisers or to anyone else.
- Predictions (next period, fertile window, ovulation, an ovulation confirmed by basal temperature, pregnancy week) and the notes about cycles outside the usual limits are calculated on your phone from your entries. They are estimates, not a diagnosis, not a method of contraception and not medical advice.
- The ad services do not receive your health entries, and the entries are not used to choose ads. Crash reports never contain them.
App lock
You can lock the app with a 4-digit PIN and, if your phone has one, your fingerprint. The PIN is stored on your phone only as a salted hash; your fingerprint is checked by Android and never reaches the app. The PIN is not part of the backup, so a restored phone opens without it.
Android backup and backup files
From version 1.1.0 your entries are included in Android's backup and in phone-to-phone transfer, when backup is turned on in your phone's settings. Google stores that backup in your own Google account (encrypted) under its own policies; we cannot see or access it. The app lock, purchase records and advertising data are not part of it. You can turn backup off or delete it in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Backup).
If you use Backup → Save backup file, the app writes your entries to a file in a place you choose (for example your phone or Google Drive). Importing a backup file only adds entries; it never deletes any. Where you keep that file is up to you.
Health Connect
On Android 14 and newer you can turn on Health Connect in the app (Me → Health Connect). Only then, and only with the permissions you grant, the app writes your periods, flow, spotting, basal temperature, ovulation tests, discharge and intimacy entries to Health Connect on your phone, so that other health apps you allow can read them, and it reads basal temperature that other apps (for example a smartwatch) saved there and adds it to days where you have no temperature. Health Connect keeps this data on your phone; the app sends none of it to us or to any server, and it is not used for ads. You can turn it off in the app and manage or delete the data in Health Connect at any time.
Report for your doctor and sending to a partner
The report for your doctor (Pro) is made on your phone and opened in Android printing, where you choose to save it as a PDF, print it or send it. "Send to partner" makes a picture and a short text with your next period and fertile days and opens Android's share menu; you choose the app and the person. Nothing is sent unless you do it, and nothing goes to us.
Import from other apps
You can import a backup file of this app, a CSV file or a Clue-style export. The file is read on your phone, and import only adds entries.
Discreet icon
You can change the app's icon and name on your home screen to a plain "Calendar" or "Diary" (Me → App icon). This is done by Android on your phone; nothing is sent.
Reminders
The period and fertile-window reminders, the "Has your period started?" and "late period" reminders, and the contraception reminders (pill, ring, patch, injection) are created on your phone from your own predictions and settings and shown as notifications. Buttons in a notification ("Yes, it started", "Taken") save the entry on your phone. No data is sent for them. On a secure lock screen the notification only says “Reminder”; the details show after unlocking. Permissions: POST_NOTIFICATIONS (reminders) and RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED (to keep reminders after a restart).
Advertising (Google AdMob and Unity Ads)
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, with Unity Ads as a mediation partner: a banner and, in the new look, at most one full-screen ad a day right after you save an entry (never when the app opens), and an optional rewarded video that unlocks Pro for 24 hours. Non-personalised ads may still process data. Where required, the app asks for your privacy choices before any ad is loaded (Google's consent message), and US state privacy choices are passed to Unity Ads. You can change them later in the app (Me → Ad privacy options) and reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Pro, or the 24-hour Pro trial, removes ads. Permissions INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and AD_ID are used for ads, consent, purchases and crash reports.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
From version 1.1.0, if the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics (Google) receives a crash report: device model, Android version, app version, the error and its stack trace, and an installation identifier. It contains none of your entries. We use it only to find and fix errors. The app has no analytics SDK.
Rating the app
From version 1.1.0 the app may show Google Play's own rating window after a good moment (when your predictions become personal), at most about once a month. The rating goes to Google Play; the app does not see it.
Google Play purchases
Google Play processes the optional monthly subscription and the lifetime purchase of Menstrual Calendar Pro. The app uses product identifiers, purchase tokens, signatures and purchase status to verify and restore access. Dexy Labs does not receive your payment card details. Manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play; uninstalling the app or clearing its data does not cancel it or delete Google's purchase records.
Fonts and internet
The app bundles its fonts; from version 1.1.0 it makes no requests to Google Fonts. Tracking your cycle works offline.
Deleting your data
- In the app: Me → Delete all data (new look) or Settings → Clear All Data (old look) deletes all your entries from the phone, including the copy kept by version 1.0.3.
- Uninstalling the app deletes its data from the phone. A copy in your Android backup (if backup is on) can be deleted in your phone's or Google account's backup settings.
- We hold no copy of your entries, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Earlier versions (up to 1.0.3)
Version 1.0.3 kept the same entries only on your phone. It showed AdMob ads (a banner, full-screen ads and an ad when the app opened), without a consent message, without crash reports, purchases or Unity Ads, and loaded its font from Google Fonts. Its reminder switches did not send notifications. If backup was on, Android included the app's data in your phone's backup. Its Export Data button did not create a file.
Services used by Dexy Labs apps
Our apps are built from the same set of services. Below is what each service does with data. For each service you can see whether this app uses it. The table at the end shows every app.
Firebase Crashlytics (Google)
Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus: ✔ uses it
When the app crashes or hits a serious error, Crashlytics sends a crash report: the time, device model, Android version, app version, the error and its technical details, and an installation identifier created for crash reporting. It contains nothing you typed into the app. We use it only to find and fix bugs. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. More: firebase.google.com.
Google Analytics for Firebase
Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus: – not used
Usage statistics: in-app events (for example screens opened, levels played, a purchase screen opened), session length, an app-instance ID (a random ID for this installation), device and app information, and an approximate region that Google derives from the IP address (Analytics does not store the IP address). We use it to understand and improve the apps, not to identify you. Where an app's own section says so, Analytics stays off until you agree or turn it on. Data is deleted automatically after at most 14 months. More: policies.google.com.
Google AdMob (advertising)
Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus: ✔ uses it
To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google and its partners may use your device's advertising ID (and App Set ID), your IP address (and an approximate location derived from it, for example country or region), device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostic information. We do not use your precise (GPS) location for ads, and we never pass what you typed into an app to the ad service. Rewarded ads are always optional. More: policies.google.com.
Unity Ads (through AdMob mediation)
Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus: ✔ uses it
Some ad requests can be filled by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), which competes for the ad inside Google AdMob mediation. Unity Ads then receives your IP address (used for approximate location), device identifiers including the advertising ID, an ID it assigns to the app installation, ad interactions, app usage time, diagnostic information and in-app purchase history, for advertising, analytics, app functionality and fraud prevention. Your consent choices, including a US state "do not sell or share" choice, are passed on to Unity Ads before any ad is requested. More: unity.com.
Google User Messaging Platform (consent)
Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus: ✔ uses it
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app shows Google's consent message before personalised ads or analytics that need consent; you can accept, refuse or choose purposes. In US states with privacy laws (for example California) you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising through the same Google message. Your choice is stored on your phone and passed on to the ad partners. You can change it at any time in the app's settings (Privacy options) where the app offers it. In an app without ads (for example Carp Fishing) the message only asks about analytics. More: policies.google.com.
Google Play In-App Review (ratings)

After a good moment (for example a level won), the app may show Google Play's own rating window, at most about once a month and never right after a loss or an ad. The rating and review go to Google Play under your Google account; the app does not see them and gives no reward for rating. More: policies.google.com.
Google Play Billing (purchases)
Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus: ✔ uses it
Payments are processed by Google Play; we never see your card or bank details. The app receives the product, an order ID, a purchase token and the purchase status. Apps with an account keep a record of the purchase (product, order ID and a fingerprint of the Google Play receipt) so it is credited exactly once and can be restored after reinstalling; these records are kept as long as required for accounting and fraud prevention. Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication (account)
Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus: – not used
Signing in is optional unless the app's own section says otherwise. When you sign in with Google we receive, through Firebase Authentication, a user ID, your email address and your Google account name (and a profile picture link where the app says so). We never receive your Google password. We use them only to keep your account and recognise you on another phone; we do not send you marketing email. Your Google name is not shown to other players: online you appear under the nickname you choose. More: firebase.google.com.
Online features on Google Firebase (our servers)
Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus: – not used
When you are signed in, our server (Google Firebase: Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions; for newer games one shared Dexy Labs project) stores what the online features need: coins and items you own (the wallet; only the server changes it), cloud progress, duels and match results, tournaments, leaderboards and purchase records. Other players can see your nickname and your scores on leaderboards and in duels, never your email. More: firebase.google.com.
Deleting your account
Menstrualni Kalendar Ciklus: – not used
Apps with an account let you delete it in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account, or as the app's section describes) or by email to [email protected] from the address of your Google account. This deletes your account data from our servers (immediately in the app, at the latest within 30 days by email). If you use the same Google account in another Dexy Labs game, the sign-in account stays for that game. Progress stored only on your phone stays until you uninstall the app.
Other services used by individual apps
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Clay Smash 2, Gatara): a device token so the app can receive news and daily notifications; you can turn notifications off in the app or in Android settings.
- Google Play Games (Mahjong Gardens): sign-in to Play Games and leaderboards, handled by Google.
- Firebase Realtime Database (Amoeba Live) and own Firebase projects (Fishao 2, Fishao World, Calorie AI): the same kind of account and game data as "Online features" above.
- Anthropic Claude API through our server (Calorie AI; up to version 1.1.4 through a Cloudflare Worker): food photos you choose to analyse, discarded after the result. Open Food Facts (Calorie AI): only the scanned barcode number.
What you type in stays on your phone
In our health, fitness and organiser apps, what you enter (cycles, medicines, weight, workouts, sleep, meals, budgets, lists, notes) is stored only on your phone, is never sent to advertisers and is never used to choose ads, unless the app's own section says otherwise (Calorie AI keeps daily nutrition totals with your account). Reminders are created on your phone. If Android backup is turned on, Android may include an app's data in your phone's own Google backup (encrypted, in your Google account); we cannot see that backup, and you can turn it off or delete it in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Backup).
Your consent and choices
- Change your ad and analytics consent in the app's settings (Privacy options), where the app shows Google's consent message.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). If you refuse personalised ads, you may still see non-personalised ads, which use less data.
- Turn notifications off in the app or in Android settings.
- We do not sell your personal data for money. Personalised advertising may count as "sale" or "sharing" under some US state laws; you can opt out as described above.
How long we keep data
Account, progress and online data: while your account exists; after deletion it is removed from our servers (immediately in the app, at the latest within 30 days by email). Crash reports: up to 90 days. Analytics: at most 14 months. Purchase records: as long as required for accounting and fraud prevention. Support emails: as long as needed to answer and for related obligations. Data kept by Google (Play purchases, advertising) follows Google's own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or US state privacy laws), you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent and opt out of targeted advertising. Write to [email protected] with the name of the app. We answer within 30 days. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
Children
Unless the app's own section says otherwise, our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security and where data is processed
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data our apps store online is kept with Google Firebase. Google, Unity and our other service providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States, under their own safeguards.
