Flappy Bear Adventure is published by Dexy Labs. This page explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it, on Android and on iPhone.

If you have an account in the app

1. Open Flappy Bear Adventure and make sure you are signed in (with Google on Android, with Apple on iPhone).
2. Open the app's settings and tap Account → Delete account (the app's privacy policy says where it is if the menu is named differently).
3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted from our servers right away.

By email

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Flappy Bear Adventure account deletion", from the email address of the Google account you signed in with (if you signed in with Apple on iPhone, tell us and we will confirm it is your account). We delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days. You can also ask by email for any other data about you to be deleted, even if you never signed in.

What is deleted

• your account: user ID, name, email address and profile picture link (if any),
• everything our server stores with it: coins, gems and items you own, cloud progress, duels and match results, tournament entries, leaderboard entries, daily counters and settings,
• your nickname and scores on all leaderboards.

What is kept or not affected

• Purchases stay linked to your Google Play account or Apple Account and can be restored there; Google and Apple keep their own purchase records. We keep a minimal purchase record (product, order ID, date) only as long as accounting and fraud-prevention rules require.
• Data on your phone (offline progress, entries, settings): delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in your phone's settings.
• Crash reports are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically within 90 days; usage statistics after at most 14 months.
• If you use the same Google or Apple account in another Dexy Labs game, the sign-in account stays for that game.

If the app has no account

If your version of Flappy Bear Adventure has no sign-in, we have no account data about you on our servers: everything is on your phone and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. You can still write to us with any request.
