Delete your Carp Fishing account

Carp Fishing and Carp Fishing Pro · Developer: Dexy Labs

Option 1: in the game (fastest)

Open Carp Fishing or Carp Fishing Pro and make sure you are signed in with Google.
Tap Menu → Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: by email

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Carp Fishing account deletion", from the Google email address you used to sign in. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

your account (Google account ID, name, email, profile picture link),
your saved game progress on our server (catch log, personal bests, collections, koi album, rewards, settings),
all your tournament entries, catches and results on our server,
your name and results on all leaderboards.

What is not affected

Purchases: the full game unlock and Carp Fishing Pro stay linked to your Google Play account and can be restored at any time. Google keeps its own purchase records.
Offline game data on your phone (session, catch log, photos, collections, settings): delete it by uninstalling the game or with Settings → Apps → Carp Fishing → Storage → Clear data.
Crash reports are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically within 90 days.

Timing

Deletion from our servers is completed within 30 days.
